Instrument Technician


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Muscat. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on instruments and control systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Install new instruments and control systems according to specifications
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
- Familiarity with different types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Muscat. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Muscat or Oman, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
