Office Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with data entry, preparing reports, and presentations
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Performing general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
