Office Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Create and update records, reports, and documents
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be male (due to cultural norms)
Benefits:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. The candidate will also receive a free visa and ticket.
