Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. You will use your expertise in math, engineering principles, and business management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Use mathematical models to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement solutions
- Monitor production data and provide regular reports on performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for automation or other technological advancements
- Conduct time studies to establish standard times for various tasks
- Manage projects related to process improvement or new product launches
- Train staff on new procedures or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, math, statistics, and business management
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, Minitab, or Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred but not required
-Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
-Must be authorized to work in Egypt without visa sponsorship
