Industrial Engineer (Pakistani/Egyptian)


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at our company in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems, processes, and procedures to increase productivity
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline operations and reduce waste
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for operational challenges
- Monitor production data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop performance metrics and track progress towards goals
- Train staff on new processes and procedures as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to source materials at competitive prices without sacrificing quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting time studies using methods such as MOST or MTM
- Familiarity with production planning tools such as ERP systems or MRP software
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
