Entry-Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring products are stocked and marketed effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the merchandising industry.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays according to company standards
- Ensure products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing strategies for new products
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitors' activities
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and resolving any issues
- Follow all safety protocols when handling products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (related degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
