Executive Chef - Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning and development, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while keeping up with the latest food trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Train and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor customer feedback to constantly improve menu offerings.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new concepts, promotions, and special events.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record in menu planning and development that meets sales targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month with additional benefits including accommodation, transportation, health insurance, annual leave, and airline tickets.
