To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Construction Project Manager and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Supervise on-site construction teams
- Identify potential problems or delays and provide timely solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality of work
- Prepare project reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities with the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
