We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday (9 am - 6 pm). Candidates must be willing to work overtime if needed.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
