Loader Operator in Medina



We are urgently seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Medina. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials, such as construction materials, logs, or cargo onto trucks or other vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders, such as front-end loaders, skid steer loaders, or track loaders
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles according to job specifications
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Inspect materials for quality and ensure they are loaded correctly
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery, particularly loaders
- Valid operator license/certification for operating loaders
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
