Part-Time Carpenter

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Build, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and decks
- Use hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and assemble materials
- Read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Ensure all work meets safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs

Requirements:
- Prior experience in carpentry preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Biometric passport required for security clearance purposes
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
