- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain knowledge of current sales/promotions to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)

Benefits:
