Construction Manager (Pakistani Nationals)

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Dubai, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project team and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed. Your duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of workers. This position is suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Dubai with visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create detailed project schedules and budgets
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor costs
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: 1500$ per month
