Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Dubai. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have strong project management skills. Accommodation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Oversee and manage all contractors, subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders etc.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks
- Maintain detailed records of project expenses and report on budget status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in Dubai
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Indian nationality preferred
