Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience, and managing the restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns promptly
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them quickly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
