Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and quality food and beverage offerings. You will also work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on budget planning and financial management
- Maintain a positive work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Malikiyah if not already located in the city.

Salary: 1400$ per month
