Junior Restaurant Manager (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Restaurant Manager in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a junior manager, you will assist the senior management in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the senior management in hiring and training new staff members
- Overseeing and managing the front of house and back of house operations
- Ensuring high quality customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
- Managing schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting with budget planning and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
