Floral Designer

As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements of flowers and foliage for various occasions and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and create unique designs that exceed their expectations. Your creative eye and attention to detail will be essential in selecting the perfect combination of flowers, colors, and textures to bring each arrangement to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their event or occasion and understand their preferences
- Create original floral designs based on client's vision and budget
- Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing and balanced manner
- Ensure quality control by inspecting all materials for freshness and damage
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Set up and break down floral displays at events or venues
- Collaborate with other vendors such as event planners to ensure seamless execution of events

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their characteristics is required
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects such as flower vases
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Al-Kuwait

Nationalities: Pakistani or Malayalees preferred
