Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Khasab)

As a Head Chef at our renowned fine dining restaurant in Khasab, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and maintaining the high-quality standards of our dishes. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef who can lead and inspire our kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and recipes that showcase creativity while adhering to the restaurant's concept
- Manage inventory, budget, and food cost to ensure profitability
- Lead and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure timely execution of all food orders while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and menu development
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Fluent English language skills
- Valid work visa for Oman (sponsorship available)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
