We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Nizwa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your main duties will include greeting customers, presenting menus, and making recommendations based on their preferences. You will also handle customer complaints and inquiries, as well as maintain a clean and organized work area.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A friendly personality with excellent communication skills is essential. You should also have strong multitasking abilities and be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of different types of cuisine and the ability to make menu recommendations is highly desirable.
