Waiter/Waitress at a High-End Restaurant in Nizwa

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Nizwa. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference. This job is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure that all guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Process payments using cash or credit card machines
- Upsell menu items when appropriate

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must have own visa (if applicable)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)

Salary: 1800$ per month (tax-free)
