Seasonal Waiter in Nizwa, Oman



We are currently seeking a Seasonal Waiter to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking their orders and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, as well as handling cash transactions and maintaining proper inventory levels.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience working as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including any seasonal specials
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Suggest menu items or specials based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Check on guests periodically throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, etc. throughout shift
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by manager
- Help with restocking inventory as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Salary:

As a Seasonal Waiter in Nizwa, Oman, you will receive a salary of 1500$.
