Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi
Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve goals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Set sales targets and monitor performance through regular reporting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
- Travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when necessary
