As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our high-end restaurant in Muscat. Your main duties will include designing menus, creating new dishes, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing inventory and budgets. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a head chef or sous chef in a reputable establishment, exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a creative approach to food. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates with a 12th pass certificate and relevant experience are preferred. Salary is $1600 per month.
