Merchandiser - Al-Malikiyah, Syria

We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in retail stores, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked. Your duties will include creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal placement and availability of products
- Conduct market research to stay informed about consumer preferences and trends
- Communicate with sales representatives to receive new product information and promotional materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales data
- Participate in store resets or remodels as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales (preferably in the same industry)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
