Excavator Operator


We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to move materials and perform excavation work. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all safety protocols and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or haulers
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including time logs, fuel consumption, and materials used
- Handle any unexpected situations or challenges that may arise during operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators on construction sites or similar environments
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, or loaders
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location: This is a contract job located in Muscat, Oman.
