Merchandiser - Retail Contract Position in Hawalli


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis in Hawalli. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail store displays are visually appealing and well-stocked. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without previous experience, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain store displays according to company standards
- Organize and restock merchandise on shelves and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management about product needs
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure product knowledge and promotions are effectively communicated to customers
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for improving sales and merchandising strategies
- Assist with receiving and processing new shipments of merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
