Job Title: Senior Accountant


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Bayan. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Salary: 1400$ per month
