Cashier (Part-Time)

As a cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Your main duties will include scanning items, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service. You must have strong math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions. Previous experience as a cashier is preferred, but not required. This is a part-time position, perfect for students looking to earn extra income. The salary for this role is $1300 per month, with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle all forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
- Assist with other tasks as needed by the store manager

Requirements:
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions
- Previous experience as a cashier preferred, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Friendly attitude with strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
