Handyman for Residential Building Maintenance in Jeddah


We are hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our residential building. Your main duties will include fixing and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the building.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify any potential maintenance or repair needs
- Repair and maintain electrical systems including lights, outlets, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, and toilets
- Perform basic carpentry work such as fixing doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture
- Ensure the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and other shared spaces
- Maintain the safety standards of the building by checking fire alarms, emergency exits, and other safety equipment
- Communicate with tenants to address any maintenance concerns or requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and equipment needed for repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Good understanding of plumbing systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
