Machine Operator
We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You will ensure the efficient running of production and monitor equipment to ensure it functions properly. A high level of attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and physical stamina are essential for this role. You should also have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure it meets production standards
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different materials or products
- Conduct quality checks on output and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Keep records of production output and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of machinery including presses, lathes, grinders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
