Machine operator vacancy in Khasab Oman

Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Khasab. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare machines for production runs according to specifications
- Operate machinery, including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and mills
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or products as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while operating machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Maintain a production log of completed tasks and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects in products
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time while operating machinery

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
