Sales Manager - Khasab
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Khasab. You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. Your main goal will be to ensure the success of our sales operations in Khasab.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management
- Participate in sales negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and communication within the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably without accommodation)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- In-depth knowledge of the local market in Khasab (biometric passport preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
