Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Medina. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects such as advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content. You will collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts that effectively communicate our brand's message.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for motion graphics projects
- Create visually stunning animations and motion graphics that align with brand standards
- Design and animate 2D/3D graphics, characters, backgrounds, and special effects
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Cinema 4D to create motion graphics
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and stay innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation or related field
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques and software such as Cinema 4D or Maya
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in advertising or marketing agencies is a plus
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred
