Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only) - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This position is only open to Indian nationals due to visa and work permit restrictions.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies for our company. This includes creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop merchandising plans that align with company goals
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner
- Ensure that all products are stocked and properly displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or excesses to the appropriate teams
- Analyze sales data to understand customer preferences and make recommendations for product assortment
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid work permit in Kuwait
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
