Server/Waiter/Waitress



Our busy restaurant in Bayan is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position requires someone who is fluent in English and has prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and take their orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with setting up tables, restocking supplies, and other duties as needed

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Optional Requirements:

- Experience working with Indian or African cuisine
- Ability to speak Hindi or Swahili
- Experience working with POS systems

Compensation:
