Experienced Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the vibrant city of Bayan. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail in order accuracy and payment processing
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Experience with POS systems or other restaurant software
