Executive Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Doha. As the executive chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring quality control of all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage food costs and inventory to maintain profitability
- Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are met at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper food safety standards and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that meet customer expectations
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Must be Indian national
- Available for full-time work in Doha without accommodation
