Manager - Hospitality Operations
As a Manager of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Dubai. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while maintaining high levels of efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor budget and expenses to maintain financial goals
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy rates
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and health codes
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
