Manager - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our business operations in the city. This includes leading a team, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement within the market

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in Dubai
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Dubai
Preference: Candidates from African or Malayalee background are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Part-time roles may also be considered for students or those without previous experience. Candidates must have their own visa or residence permit for working in Dubai.
