IT Manager - Umm-Salal, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and efficiency of our network, and implementing new technologies to improve our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide solutions
- Create and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of network administration and security protocols
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data backup solutions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CISSP
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Knowledge of Arabic language

Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)
