We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in the charming city of Nizwa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Taking orders and accurately operating the cash register
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customers' preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee roasting techniques preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Transportation to and from work will be the responsibility of the employee.
