Skilled Handyman in Muscat

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Muscat. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities are in good condition. Your duties will include fixing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as performing general carpentry work. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs such as fixing leaky pipes, replacing light fixtures, and repairing broken furniture
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and lubricating machinery
- Install new appliances or equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and using protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
