Land Surveyor



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features. You will also be involved in analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and providing recommendations for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Provide recommendations for construction projects based on survey findings
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by regularly calibrating equipment and performing quality control checks
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate survey activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of survey data and produce reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
- Knowledge of specialized tools such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and maps accurately
- Proficiency in using mapping software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret survey data accurately
