Handyman in Bayan - Contract Position


We are in immediate need of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings in the Bayan area. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance of buildings
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bayan, Kuwait. However, we are open to candidates from any nationality who are eligible for visa sponsorship.
