Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Contract)


We are hiring an experienced Head Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant located in the vibrant city of Manama. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menu items that meet the expectations of our upscale clientele
- Ensure efficient and timely preparation and presentation of all dishes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage inventory levels and food costs to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new promotions and special menus
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and cleanliness according to health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Proven track record of creating unique and exceptional dishes
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and menu planning
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This role is based in Manama, Bahrain.
