Land Surveyor - Bayan, Egypt


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan, Egypt. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurement of land features and boundaries. This role is suitable for men with a passion for precision and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using modern technology such as GPS, lasers, and drones
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Identify property boundaries and create legal descriptions of land
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveys
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
