UX Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers
- Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to all nationalities with visa sponsorship provided. Fluency in English is required.
