We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Fluent in Malayalam, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, plus commission on sales performance.

Location:
This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, but may require occasional travel within the region.
