Chemical Engineer - Process Development (Ar-Ruwais)

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new processes for our chemical production facilities. You will work closely with the production team to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new processes for chemical production
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Troubleshoot any issues with current processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Analyze data and report on process performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process development within the chemical industry
- Strong understanding of chemical reactions, equipment design, and process optimization techniques
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
